Venues: Logan Park Tennis Centre (20 Flexipave Courts and 4 Artificial Grass Courts)
Edgar Tennis Centre (16 Artificial Grass Courts)
Logan Park Tennis Centre is the Headquarters Venue
Time: Report time 8:15 am at the Logan Park Tennis Centre regardless of weather.
Play will commence at 8:30 am each morning.
Fees: $20.00 per player per event

Age Groups:
35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69 and 70+
If insufficient entries are received the organisers reserve the right to combine age groups.
Formats:
An explanation of the format for each competition is included with each draw. The organisers have endeavoured to arrange for all competitions to be played as round robins or in pools. Where the numbers of entries has not permitted this, a more appropriate format will be used.
Medal Ceremonies:
All medal presentations will be made at the Headquarters Venue, Logan Park Tennis Centre at the end of each day's play. This is expected to be at approximately 5:00 pm each day.
A guest will present the medals each day. All players (be they winners or not) are invited to attend.
Food and Refreshments:
Lunches and cold drinks are available at both venues. Complimentary tea and coffee and a water supply will also be available at both venues.
A BBQ (sausage, onion and bread) will be held at Logan Park at the end of each day's play. Bar facilities will be available at Logan Park from 4:00 pm each day.
All games will be in the Edgar Centre if wet weather.
